• Contribute to the project with ideas and concepts.

• Capable of communicating and visualizing concepts with fresh ideas.

• Passion for landscape architecture

• Must be willing to commit for a minimum of 24 months. (36 is desirable)

• Take responsibility for projects and their execution.

• Negotiating with contractors/execution teams and various agencies on site.

• Ability to prepare and present design proposals to clients.

• Be able to advise clients on projects and attend regular meetings.

• Have experience in producing and overseeing technical drawings.

• Have the dedication to create sensitive and spatially sound spaces and see the projects to their conclusion.

• Must have organizational and project management skills.

• Willing to travel to sites across the country for projects. (Majorly Maharashtra and Gujrat)

• Must be willing to commit for a minimum of 24 months. (36 is desirable)

We are looking for draftspersons to join our technical team, who are committed to creating and developing drawings and technical details for our projects.

• Ability to read, understand and produce technical and municipal architectural drawings.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work well within a team.

• Prior experience in an architectural office.
