This riverside office for a builder client sits atop an existing structure using a steel frame with insulated panels to reduce load and improve HVAC efficiency. Its Nevasa stone façade connects visually with the base structure, creating a seamless material language.

Conceived as a workplace and experience center, the design includes model display areas, warm conference rooms, and cabins overlooking the Godavari. Daylit workspaces foster productivity, while the director’s cabin enjoys uninterrupted river views. Grounded, efficient, and refined, the office reflects the client’s ethos and elevates their presence within the built environment.
