Retail occupies the ground floor, with flexible, naturally lit office spaces above. Services are strategically placed on the southern side to act as a thermal buffer, enhancing energy performance. Features like louvered screens and planter-lined balconies provide shading and privacy while softening the façade. Balancing form and function, One Gangapur offers a refined, energy-efficient workspace rooted in smart urban design.
