This 1150 sq.ft. 3BHK apartment was designed for a young lawyer who loves hosting. To create a warm, open, and inviting home, internal walls were removed to maximize natural light, airflow, and spatial efficiency. The layout connects the living, dining, balcony, and kitchen into one fluid, interactive zone.

A metal screen adds depth while maintaining openness. Vibrant green kitchen tiles reflect the client’s personality, and a multipurpose breakfast counter doubles as a bar. Budget-friendly choices like exposed ceilings and track lighting keep the space functional yet stylish. Warm wood, greenery, and a soft palette add identity and calm. Each bedroom is private and distinct, while the compact bathrooms use light, plants, and monochrome tones to feel spacious and serene.
